It was raining heavily at the time of the accident, and deputies are investigating other factors, as well.

Murray man killed in car accident in Plattsmouth

A Murray man was killed in a one-car accident early Saturday morning during a heavy rainstorm in Plattsmouth.
Kevin Light, 38, of Murray, Nebraska, was driving his 1995 Ford Aspire north on Chicago Boulevard near Eaton Lane when he lost control on a bend in the road, according to a Cass County Sheriff's Office incident report. He veered to the east, rolling his car, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
