NHP trooper Loy Hixson said the man’s identification and the bike’s registration showed he was from Arizona, but Hixson believes he had some ties to Las Vegas.

Trooper Loy Hixson, of the Nevada Highway Patrol, said Gonzalez was on the flyover bridge to Summerlin Parkway when he lost control and hit the eastern wall of the bridge. He said Gonzalez was then tossed from his motorcycle and fell onto the westbound side of the 95.

A motorcyclist has died Friday morning after hitting a wall on northbound U.S. 95 near Summerlin Parkway, sending the motorcycle into southbound traffic. The accident occured around 2:30 a.m. on October 25 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The motorcycle driver died at the scene. Speed was indicated as a factor.
