The 35-year-old driver of the Saturn stayed at the scene and was not impaired according officers. He did not suffer any injuries in the collision, along with his four children in the vehicle.

Medical examiners have identified a man struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday.
The Clark County Coroner's Office said 34-year-old Jason Dains died in the crash.
