The crash was reported at 6:15 a.m. It happened in the westbound lanes of State Route 164 near mile marker 13.
According to Nevada Highway Patrol, only one person was in the car, which was a Toyota Camry. It is not known at this time what led to the rollover.
Driver in fatal crash near Searchlight identified
The driver has been identified by the Clark County Coroner's Office as 70-year-old Laree Toft of Searchlight, Nevada. Toft died of blunt force injuries in this accident according to the coroner.
