Logan man, woman die in Nevada crash; infant escaped unhurt

The infant was placed in the custody of the Nevada Department of Child Family Services. The Nevada Highway Patrol have identified a Logan man and woman who died when their SUV drifted off an Interstate 80 overpass, collided with a guard rail and then rolled. A 1-year-old girl, though not properly secured in her child safety seat, survived being ejected without injuriy. Stewart said it did not appear either of the victims was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Both Beaumont and a passenger, 20-year-old Dawha Loughney, were ejected and died at the scene.
