Police say a 17-year-old driver has died from injuries suffered in a New Year’s Eve car crash in Derry, N.H.

In Derry, officials said a 17-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl suffered "life-threatening injuries" in a single car crash at Gulf Road and Hampshire Drive.

Two of the passengers, 17-year-old Kyle Ross and 16-year-old Johanna Morse were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Thompson Upham-Davis, 16, walked away from the crash; police say he was the only one wearing a seatbelt. The people who live in the area say Gulf Road is a dangerous one. UPDATE; Kyle Ross died Wednesday from the injuries he suffered in this accident.
