Kevin Bailey, injured after crashing his snowmobile into a tree on the Northern Rail Trial in Enfield, New Hampshire

State Fish & Game officials said a Lebanon man was injured in a snowmobile accident, and subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. According to authorities, Kevin Bailey was riding his snowmobile on the Northern Rail Trail in Enfield when he came upon a woman walking her dog. Bailey swerved to avoid the woman and her pet, and veered off the trail, crashing into a tree and suffering minor injuries. Officials said they did not think the woman was struck by the snowmobile, but she was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center to be treated for abrasions. Officers said the dog was hit by the machine and ran off. Bailey was arrested for aggravated DWI, and the accident remains under investigation.
