A Jersey City woman was charged in a hit-and-run after a Hudson County undersheriff leaving the Hudson County freeholders meeting yesterday witnessed a crash, caught up to her vehicle and pulled her over, officials said.

Carmen D. Rodriguez was charged for her involvement in a hit-and-run that was witnessed by a police officer. Rodriguez left the scene of an accident and was pursued by a police officer.
