Tuoc Q. Dau, 46, and Thao P. Ho, 62, killed in pedestrian crash on Interstate 78 in Warren Township, New Jersey

Based on a preliminary investigation, a Toyota minivan with a flat tire was stopped on the right shoulder. Pedestrians Tuoc Q. Dau, 46, of Macungie, PA, and Thao P. Ho, 62, of Nazareth, PA, were standing outside the right rear of the vehicle, between the minivan and the guardrail, Marchan said.
