Driver charged in crash that left 12-year-old bicyclist dead, another injured, cops say
The investigation began on Sept. 25 at 7:53 p.m. when officers were called to the area of Mt. Ephraim Avenue and Ferry Avenue and found that two girls who were riding their bikes had been hit by a car, officials said. The driver remained at the scene, police said.
