Police ID 2 women killed in Route 3 crash in Clifton
The two passengers killed in the crash were identified as Tashanique S. Hawkins, of Elizabeth, and Carlene A. Maynard, of East Orange, Clifton police Detective Sgt. Robert Bracken said.
