A preliminary police investigation revealed that an Acura Integra, driven by Brandon A. McGinnis, 23, of Manville Borough, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 78 when the vehicle ran off the road to the left, crossed the center median, entered the westbound roadway and was then struck on the left side by a Hyundai, driven by JM Merola-Tamargo, 23, of Manorville, NY, which was traveling westbound, Marchan said
