A student and an aide were taken to Hackensack University Medical Center Friday morning after a car crashed into a school bus, according to city police.

A student and an aide were taken to Hackensack University Medical Center Friday morning after a car crashed into a school bus, according to city police. The small bus, carrying four students, was traveling east on Passaic Street when a vehicle making a turn from Esplenade onto Passaic struck the bus at about 8 a.m., Hackensack Police said. A student and a bus aide complained of back pain and were taken to the hospital, police said. The other students were uninjured but evaluated by medical personnel. Police are still on scene investigating the accident.
