Monir Lancaster, 38, of Chester, Pennsylvania, was driving an SUV westbound on Stephen M. Sweeney Way in Harrison Township around 4:30 p.m. Dec. 27 when the vehicle veered into the eastbound lane for an unknown reason, according to township police.
