Jimmie Lee, 30, of Newark was taken into custody after police responded to Hudson Street near Second Street at 3:23 p.m. Monday and found a Nissan Rogue, the victim’s SUV, facing the wrong way after it was struck, city spokeswoman Marci Rubin said.
