A man from Irvington has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident after he allegedly hit and critically injured a 13-year-old boy on Saturday. Police say they were notified of a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian on the 1100 block of Grove Street in Irvington at around 9:47 a.m.
