Montoya was driving a Toyota 4Runner when he hit a 55-year-old Lakewood woman who was riding a bicycle eastbound on Cedarbridge Avenue around 5:45 p.m., Staffordsmith said. Montoya then fled the scene, Staffordsmith said.
