An 84-year-old driver was killed after his car was struck by a pickup truck as he made a turn on a road in Medford on Thursday, according to police. Rodger Carney was turning left from westbound Tuckerton Road onto Marquette Drive when a pickup truck traveling east hit his vehicle at about 5:30 p.m., Medford police said.
