Paramus bicyclist killed riding to work early Sunday a.m.

Ehrenberg said the pair were riding in the east-bound lane of Midland when they were struck by the Jeep. The Jeep owner, a 38-year-old Passaic resident, stayed on scene and has not been cited or charged in the accident.
Two bicyclists, Mandeep and Shernjit Singh, 23 and 24 respectively, were struck by a Jeep while traveling to work early Sunday morning. Mandeep Singh suffered a serious head injury and was killed in the accident. Shernjit was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center. The driver of the jeep, a 38-year-old Passaic resident, remained on the scene and cooperated with authorities.
