According to state police, 38-year-old Diana Cruz was driving a Honda northbound against the flow of southbound traffic on the parkway. Police say a Toyota SUV, driven by 55-year-old Sunday Ogundare, was traveling southbound on the parkway. The Honda collided with the front of the Toyota.
