A hit-and-run collision in Salem County critically injured the 17-year-old victim who was struck on his skateboard near Hook Road and Lee Avenue around 2:00 a.m. Sunday. Investigators say the vehicle was a Hyundai Elantra as determined by key evidence found at the crash site.The teen, a Pennsville Memorial High School football player, is in critical condition at Christiana Hospital in Delaware.
