Bergen County man charged for leaving scene of accident that seriously injured 75-year-old
The pedestrian, a 75-year-old Paterson resident, was transported to Hackensack University Hospital for treatment of serious bodily injuries, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. An investigation revealed that an SUV operated by Lee struck the victim as he crossed Industrial Avenue and fled the area prior to police arrival.

Lee had been behind the wheel of a southbound SUV that struck the victim as he crossed Industrial Avenue in Teterboro between the airport and the Walmart-anchored Teterboro Landing shopping center at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said on Saturday.
