Authorities in Mercer County have accused a woman of grabbing the steering wheel of a moving car during an argument with the driver, causing a serious crash last Friday in East Windsor, police said Monday. Madelin A. Soto-Santizo, 36, of East Windsor was charged with second-degree aggravated assault, and two counts of third-degree aggravated assault, East Windsor police said.
