Anaya Coles, 19, of Pleasantville, was driving her Ford Focus west on Washington Avenue and making a left turn onto Fire Road when Philip Ettell, 44, of Little Egg Harbor, went through the red light driving his Mazda CX-7 east on Washington Avenue and hit Coles’ car, Gray said.
