A juvenile and a horse were both injured after hitting an SUV in Sussex County, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Charles Marchan. The crash happened on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at around 5:08 p.m., on Linn Smith Road in Frankford Township, Marchan said.
