Police: 2 dead following crash, fire on AC Expressway

Authorities say troopers responded to the Expressway in Hamilton Township at about 1:30 p.m. Friday in snowy conditions to find an accident that involved at least two cars, one of which was on fire.

Police say the driver of one car lost control, crashed and the vehicle caught fire.

McBride and Lynnes were later pronounced dead at the hospital, State Police said. Lerario was listed in stable condition.

The Jeep then went up in flames and the two victims had to be pulled from the fiery vehicle.

A two-car collision occured on the Atlantic City Expressway at around 1:30 p.m., resulting in the deaths of two people, a male and a female. The snowy conditions are likely to have been a factor in this accident. One of the cars was on fire when troopers arrived. The ages and identities of the victims have not yet been released.
