A 27-year-old Irvington woman was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer on the shoulder of I-80 after she got out of her disabled vehicle in Warren County, police said. The crash happened shortly before 8:30 a.m. Monday at milepost 0.3 in the eastbound lanes in Hardwick Township, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.
