A 21-year-old driver died Wednesday morning after her car was involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer in Monmouth County, police said. The crash happened shortly before 11 a.m. on County Road 539 in Upper Freehold Township, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron told NJ Advance Media.
