Laquan Williams, 20, dies after crashing ATV into utility pole in Trenton, New Jersey

Laquan Williams was driving at an excessive speed on Monmouth Street toward Greenwood Avenue when he lost control of his ATV and struck a telephone pole, Lt. Mark Kieffer said.
