The crash occurred at 12:14 a.m. in the area of 74th Street, North Bergen Capt. David Dowd said. Police officers responded to the area of 74th Street and found the victim, 43-year-old Manuel Diaz-Marquez, unresponsive in the right southbound lane of Tonnelle Avenue.
