Dalton Lee Garr, 22, of Bangor, Pa., crashed his motorcycle into a concrete barrier at about 5:17 p.m. while driving on Route 46. His passenger Jennifer M. Collins, 39, suffered critical injuries and died at the hospital. Police charged Garr with driving while intoxicated. Garr was in critical condition on Monday.
