Homicide detectives with the Albuquerque Police Department were investigating a road rage incident at the intersection of Eagle Ranch and Paseo Del Norte.
Monday’s Fatal Accident Ruled Justifiable Homicide
A release from the Albuquerque Police Department says the death of an adult male followed a road rage incident at Eagle Ranch and Paseo Del Norte. At about 1 p.m., officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian and found the man pinned underneath a vehicle. He died from his injuries.
