Ranchos de Taos man arrested after allegedly hitting pedestrian with ATV
The incident began just before 10 p.m., according to two witnesses, who said they heard the yelling and the sound of a four-wheeler driving up and down La Morada Lane. They also said they saw another man in a white Chevrolet, who they said was attempting to calm down the man on the ATV, according to the statement.
