State Police say just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, they responded to a fatal head-on collision near 1408 Mechem Drive in Ruidoso. State Police say Jadyn Wyatt Mow, 22, of Nogal was traveling north on Mechem Drive in a Dodge Ram pickup truck that night.
