Michael A. Cenate, 75, of Fort Ann was driving a tractor trailer filled with crushed stone in the passing lane southbound just south of Exit 10 when he sideswiped a Volkswagen Golf in the center lane, State Police said. 
Michael A. Cenate, 75, was driving a semi-truck loaded with crushed stone and was headed south on the Northway, when he ended up side-swiping a vehicles that was in the lane to his right. The collision sent Cenate's truck to the left, where it struck the median guardrail and flipped over. He was declared dead at the scene. The car, driven by Chantale LaBelle, 48, rotated into the right shoulder. She sustained some minor injuries, and her three passengers were not hurt.
