Cohoes man who was struck by train ID'd

A Cohoes man remained in critical condition Tuesday after he was struck Monday while lying between train tracks.
Benjamin A. Baldwin was critically injured after being struck by an oil train in Colonie. Police say he was lying between the tracks and did not move as the train approached, and they are investigating his motivations. The incident is still under investigation.
