Charles Woullard, 90, and Frances Woullard, 76, killed in collision on Route 9W in New Baltimore, New York

Troopers said at around 10:11 a.m., a 2014 Dodge pickup truck driven by William Steele, 31, of Hannacroix, New York was traveling southbound on Route 9W when he drove into the northbound lane to pass traffic that had slowed down.
