A man from the Town of Holley (between Albion and Brockport) was killed in a crash Friday afternoon at West Ridge and Buckman roads in Greece, just this side of Rochester, the Democrat and Chronicle is reporting.

A man from the Town of Holley (between Albion and Brockport) was killed in a crash Friday afternoon at West Ridge and Buckman roads in Greece.
On Saturday, police identified the victim as Andrew R. Tarwacki, 39, who was driving a pickup truck when he crashed into a garbage truck Friday afternoon.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, according to Lt. Casey Voelkl of the Greece Police Department. Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The driver of the garbage truck suffered minor injuries, police said.
