The accident occurred at 5:45 a.m. on Route 62 when a northbound car driven by Radha Y. Latona, 48, of Kiantone entered the southbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by Douglas E. Bergstrom, 67, of Jamestown.

Latona first had to be extricated from her vehicle, and then both victims were taken to WCA Hospital and then flown to University of Pittsburgh Medical Center . Charges may be filed as the investigation of this crash continues.
