The chartered W&D Tour Inc. bus was traveling south on Route 28N near Bacon Road when it slid off the west side of the road, State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Kyle Otis said in a news release.
“The bus toppled over the guide-rail, rolled down an embankment and came to rest on its roof against a tree."
The commercial bus was carrying 36 passengers, most of them students at SUNY Maritime College; four were taken immediately from the crash site to Glens Falls Hospital for treatment, Otis said.
