Aquila Byler, 22, killed, his brother critically injured, transported to hospital, after they are ejected from their ATV, on a private road in Woodhull, after colliding with a tree.

Authorities in Steuben County are investigating a fatal accident that killed an Addison man. The Sheriff's office says Aquila Byler, 22, was operating an ATV on a private road in Woodhull around 2 a.m. Saturday morning when he lost control and hit a tree. He and his brother were ejected, and he died later at a hospital. The brother is in critical condition.
