Andrew C. Wellington was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail en lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to reappear in Ulster Court at a later date.
Andrew C. Wellington, 22, was found to be under the influence of alcohol when he was driving to the north on State Route 32 shortly before 8:00 p.m., drove over a double-yellow line, and collided with a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Travis Cole. Cole, his passenger Taylor Watzka, 23, and his 1-year-old son were all hospitalized with injuries deemed non-life threatening. Though there were two children in Wellington's car when he crash, thankfully neither of them were injured. Wellington has since faced multiple charges.
