Andrew C. Wellington, 22, was found to be under the influence of alcohol when he was driving to the north on State Route 32 shortly before 8:00 p.m., drove over a double-yellow line, and collided with a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Travis Cole.

Several people were injured in a serious two-car crash on Route 32 Thursday night, officials said. The two vehicles crashed head-on and one of the vehicles rolled over, police said. At least one person had to be extricated from the vehicle, state police said.
