Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating a single-car crash that killed a man in Mount Sinai today.
43-year-old Edward Drumgole was headed south on Chestnut Street at around 5:00 p.m. when he veered into a tree for unknown reasons. After striking the tree, his vehicle rotated into a pole. Shortly after being taken to the hospital, Drumgole was pronounced dead.
