1 Whitesboro student killed, 1 in critical condition after Cicero crash

Around 6:30 a.m. the two were traveling northbound on I-81 near Syracuse when the car crossed over a median into the southbound lanes and turned sideways.

The driver of another vehicle saw taillights coming at him in the dark and hit the driver’s side rear of the students’ vehicle.
