Bicyclist injured after colliding with car near Syracuse's Skunk City

The bicyclist had the right of way, Bulinski said. There is a flashing yellow light on South Geddes Street and a flashing red light on West Onondaga Street at the intersection.
A man named Ryan Stark was riding his bicycle quickly on South Geddes Street when a vehicle driven by Susan Davis, 59, hit him. Authorities have concluded that the speed Stark was travelling at and Davis failing to yeild the right of way caused the crash. Stark was hospitalized with a leg injury, but is expected to recover.
