Joshua Pinkasiewicz, 35, killed in hit-and-run in the 600 block of South Main Street in Syracuse, New York; Driver Dolores Jackson, 54, arraigned

A man identified as Joshua Pinkasiewicz, 35, was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Thursday night in the 600 block of South Main Street in North Syracuse. The man was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced dead. The driver who hit him was eventually identified as 54-year-old Dolores Jackson, who has been charged with leaving the scene, arraigned and booked into the county jail.
