30-Mile Stretch of NYS Thruway Reopened After Multiple Crashes Shut it Down
The Thruway Authority said all westbound lanes were blocked by an accident Thursday between Exit 39 just west of Syracuse and Exit 40 in the Cayuga County town of Brutus. An earlier 15-mile westbound closure between the two exits had been extended to Exit 41 in Seneca County.
