Authorities say a central New York road has reopened after being shut down for hours by a fatal crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer.
Troopers identify man killed in Tully tractor-trailer crash
Mosher pulled out of a parking lot onto Route 281 around 8 p.m., troopers said. He drove his 2006 Subaru car into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer, troopers said.
