Onondaga County Sheriffs say a 2014 BMW was driving northbound on 81 when it lost control. As the car spun, Sheriff Deputies say it crashed into a tractor trailer also traveling northbound. The driver of the BMW was extricated from the car and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
